How soon will I receive the song?
Delivered within 48 hours of payment. Your lyrics arrive by email: approve them in one click or ask for a change (48 hours from the approved version). If we don’t hear from you within 12 hours, we start creating. Express: 24 hours after payment, with no waiting: +€8.90 .
How long are the song and the video?
There’s nothing to choose: the song lasts about 2 to 3 minutes, whatever the pack. The storybook video and the Premium 3D cartoon follow it from start to finish. The only exception: if you write your own lyrics, the length depends on how long they are.
I haven’t received any email. What should I do?
Nothing after 24 hours? Check your spam or junk folder (or write to us at bonjour@tadasong.com). Also add this address to your contacts, so our emails reach you more reliably.
How can I be sure their name will be pronounced right?
In the form, you tell us how to say it (“Siobhan = shi-VAWN”). The lyrics email tells you how it will be sung: if in doubt, just reply. We listen to every song before delivering it. And if the name is still mispronounced, we fix it for free, no questions asked.
My child loves a cartoon character. Can you mention them?
We don’t mention cartoon characters or brands. Tell us what your child loves about them: we’ll evoke it in our own way, for example “a princess with golden hair so long it touches the clouds.” Same rule for the images: never a resemblance to an existing character.
Do I need to send a photo for the Premium pack?
It’s optional. After your purchase, send it as a reply to the lyrics email, confirming that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian. The photo is used only to create the avatar for this video, then it is automatically deleted 30 days after delivery. Never used for advertising without your separate consent.
Can I write my own lyrics?
Yes, choose “I’ll write my own lyrics.” Verses and chorus are laid out for you, with a character counter. You decide whether we sing them as written or adapt them to rhyme.
Who creates the song and the video?
The lyrics are custom-written from your answers. The music, vocals and images are created with artificial intelligence tools, then every creation is listened to and checked by our team before it’s delivered to you.
What if I change my mind after ordering?
The song is personalized digital content, created as soon as you order: at checkout, you request its immediate supply and waive your right of withdrawal (a checkbox, restated in the order confirmation email). In return, the lyrics are sent to you by email and you have 12 hours to request a change before creation (with express, it starts right away), two rounds of changes are included and one revision after delivery is free.
